• Open gta img tool

• Tap open

• Go to Android/Data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb

• Select gta3.img file

• Tap on three dots on top rights and select Add file(s) with replace

• Go back and select the file

• Again tap on three dots and select Rebuild
